Contacting Account Security Support:

ur Account Security Support department is responsible for providing customers with support in relation to the status of their gameplay accounts.

Account Security Support is open from 9am-6pm (Central European Time) Monday to Friday, and can be contacted via the webform here.

In all cases, please only use the registered email address to correspond with this department, and never use more than one email address as it can greatly increase the time taken to deal with your inquiry. If you cannot use the registered email address please mention it in your email.

If you have a European World of Warcraft account, the US Account Security Support department will be unable to assist you and, as such, you will need to contact the European Account Administration department. If you have a US World of Warcraft account, you will need to contact the US Account Security Support for assistance.

Forgotten passwords and account names
Investigating violations of the Terms of Use (hacking, scamming)
Protecting accounts which are compromised or stolen and return them to the owner
Providing information about the status of accounts if there is no issue concerning the billing of an account

Item and character restoration (please log a ticket in-game for GM assistance)
Billing and payment issues (please contact Billing support)

Forum issues
