haracter transfers are optional for players with characters on one of the eligible realms. Each realm selected for character transfers will have one or several designated realm(s) to which characters can move. We will continue to evaluate population levels in the future. If a realm becomes severely over-populated, we will enable character transfers for the players on that realm.
